Stay up for star-gazing

With absolutely no light pollution and nothing between you and the horizon, every clear night on the Peninsula brings an astonishing celestial display.

It is often enough to just sit on the terrace or in the garden of your accommodation and gaze up, but for a wonderful experience you cannot repeat anywhere else take a night walk on Bursdon Moor for uninterrupted 360 degree nightsky views, or a night drive to the cliff car park above Hartland Quay to watch the moonlight on the water....  Simply magical.
