| Bluebells are now at their best at Docton Mill Gardens |
The month of May is glorious in the garden, Primroses are dotted everywhere and carpets of bluebells are at their best, not to be missed.
Our large selection of magnolias are in bloom and the borders are lushing up, as is the tree canopy, many shades of green. We have lots of varieties of tulips, including May Time, Lilac Time and China Pink, in the herbaceous border. Orange Ballerinas are dazzling as are the many azaleas flowering at this time.
In our tearoom, we are serving the best Devon beef and turkey in our rolls and salads, and fresh Devon crab, salmon and smoked mackerel are delicious and a treat at the start of the season. We have a wonderful range of homemade and gluten free cakes, There is also an impressive range of perennial plants for sale.
