The Big Sheep Halloween Festival |
With the Hartland Peninsula looking extra picturesque in its autumn finery, October is a fantastic time for anyone to visit the area. There are lots of ways to explore the outdoors: misty seashore mornings, crisp clifftop walks and wild woodland rambles but to make a visit this time of year even more memorable there are a whole wealth of half term and Halloween things to do right on the doorstep, for all ages.
From ‘Repulsive plants & frightening food’ at RHS Rosemoor to the Halloween Festival at the Big Sheep, from National Theatre Live: Frankenstein at the Plough Arts Centre to the Horrid Halloween Hunt at Burton Art Gallery there are inspiring and intruiging events right across the region.
Round it all up with th 11th Annual Spooktastic, Fangtastic West Country Inn Halloween Party on Friday night or the Lakeside Firework Even on Saturday 1st for a half term break no-one will forget.
