mmer is finally here; the birds are singing, the sun is shining, and festival season is well under way! But it’s not all about dancing in a field knee-deep in mud, as the 8th and 9th of July sees the return of local favourite, The Old Smithy Inn‘s annual beer fest.
The weekend promises to serve up excellent entertainment with 11 bands and a DJ, fantastic food with a hog roast and, above all, brilliant brews! Boasting an impressive selection of 18 beers and 18 ciders, this festival is not to be missed!
Just one mile from the sea and South West Coast Path, set in glorious countryside in the heart of Welcombe, the Old Smithy is a very lively, friendly and inviting 17C thatched pub with a spacious garden, making it the perfect beer fest venue.
