This is one of a series of four Heritage walks that uncover some of the fascinating history across the Hartland Peninsula.
The Coastal Heritage Walk is a circular walk of approximately four miles that includes roads, public footpaths and some steep and rough terrain. The walk will take you from Stoke through a section of The South West Coast Path between Spekes Valley and Hartland Quay, and takes in information recently gathered from community projects led by the University of Exeter, Department of Archaeology.
It is available as a printed walk or an audio tour, which can be used separately or together. There is also a step-by-step Google map available.
