2 houses, which can be booked together or separately, set on the west side the Hartland Peninsula, inland from Spekes Mill Mouth beach with views across farmland and out to Lundy and the Atlantic.
Run on eco/organic principles, Little Barton has its own water source and eco sewage treatment plant. Biodegradable cleaning and washing products are provided and minimising use of single use plastics/thorough recycling is encouraged.
Both houses have sunny gardens with BBQs and garden furniture.
Little Barton Farmhouse (sleeps 10 plus a baby)
5 bedrooms and an upstairs study, including a downstairs double next to the shower room.

A dining table for up to 16 people – and a kitchen/pantry equipped for large numbers.

A downstairs bathroom with a bath and separate electric shower.
The houses are well set up to welcome children of all ages.
Dogs are welcomed, but only in the kitchen.
Lots to do locally:
Wonderful walks along the SW Coast Path. Spekes Mill beach is 30 mins walk, Hartland Quay where there’s a great pub and high tide swimming is fantastic 45 mins walk, Hartland Village is 30 mins walk partly through beautiful woods. Plenty of beaches to choose from for swimming, surfing, kayaking etc – and a selection of old body boards to borrow. Bude is 25 mins by car.

Weekend and short bookings are available outside school holidays.
The 45ft barn is suitable for movement workshops, small eco conferences etc and can be booked in addition to the houses.
